You can delete your Biilby account at any time, from the app (Settings → Account) or here. Enter the address you sign in with and we'll email you a link to confirm.

- Your sign-in, password and Microsoft link
- Your profile, email address and photo
- Your personal notes and your private conversations with Biilby
- Your devices, notifications and preferences
- Your access to every company and project
Kept by the companies you worked with
What you recorded on a company's projects — records, comments, messages, photos, documents — belongs to that company's project files. It stays there under your name, and you remain listed on those projects as a contact, without an account. To have that removed too, ask the company concerned.
We keep a short security record that the account was deleted, and when.
